- Consultancy and advisory services
Digital Products (DPRs, eBooks, SOPs, Toolkits)
All digital products are:
- Downloadable
- Delivered instantly after payment
- Non-returnable
No refunds or cancellations are possible once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
Please ensure you:
- Read the product description carefully
- Understand the purpose and limitations of the product
- Contact us before purchase if you have questions
Consultancy & Advisory Services
- Consultancy sessions are pre-scheduled and time-bound
- Once a session is conducted, no refund is applicable
If a consultancy session needs to be rescheduled:
- Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical payment failure
Such cases must be reported within 48 hours of payment with valid proof.
KrishiGence reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds in exceptional situations.
