Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Krishigence Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing quality training, consultancy, technology transfer, project development, and digital knowledge resources.
Due to the nature of our services, all payments made towards consultancy, training programs, project reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, technology transfer, digital products, eBooks, SOPs, and customized services are generally non-refundable.
However, refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
• Duplicate payments made by mistake
• Cancellation of a program or service by Krishigence
• Technical errors resulting in unsuccessful transactions
Any approved refund shall be processed within a reasonable period after verification.

By purchasing any service, training program, digital product, or consultancy package from Krishigence, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Consultancy & Advisory Services
- Consultancy sessions are pre-scheduled and time-bound
- Once a session is conducted, no refund is applicable
If a consultancy session needs to be rescheduled:
- Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical payment failure
Such cases must be reported within 48 hours of payment with valid proof.
KrishiGence reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds in exceptional situations.
